Do not use the Service for face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, impersonation, fraud, phishing, credential theft, spyware, or activity that violates another person's rights.

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Do not try to bypass safety systems, moderation, rate limits, payment controls, or technical restrictions. Marketing or prompts that ask for “uncensored”, “no filter”, “NSFW”, “18+”, or similar prohibited outputs are not allowed.

You may use the Service to generate lawful, non-explicit images for creative, personal, editorial, educational, or commercial projects when you have the rights needed for your inputs and intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before downloading, publishing, or using them commercially.

We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, suspend access, close accounts, or take other action when we believe this policy has been violated or the Service is being misused.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
