You are responsible for the content you upload and generate, and you represent that you have the rights to use any content you submit.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the Service in an unauthorized manner.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any third-party AI model provider. The Service provides a custom interface for AI image generation and editing.

The Service generates outputs based on your inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or undesirable. You are responsible for reviewing results before use.

Do not upload, request, or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, exploitative, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content. Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation use cases are not allowed. We may block requests, remove content, restrict access, or close accounts for violations.

Your use of the Service must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which explains content and behavior that are not allowed.

Paid features are available for purchase. Payments are handled by our checkout processor. Refunds, taxes, and billing terms may be governed by the checkout experience presented at purchase.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
